Pat Notter, our newest Capital Campaign Committee member, gives from her heart. Her dedication to quality health care is matched only by her giving spirit!
Pat puts it best in her own words:
"David and I moved to Wenatchee 31 years ago because we liked the area, the small town lifestyle, and we were impressed with the high-quality healthcare community. It was clear the citizens of Wenatchee realized there is nothing more important than the health of their families, valued their hospital and took pride in the comprehensive care it provided. Not many communities of this size are lucky enough to have a regional medical facility with an acclaimed ER, Intensive Care Unit, Heart Center, and other specialty services that are usually found only in big metropolitan areas.
"We plan to retire in May and head out to the mountains for long hikes in the Cascades with our grandchildren. But before we retire, we're going to volunteer for the capital campaign. This community welcomed us and gave us a wonderful place to raise our family, and we want to give back in a meaningful way that will help strengthen those qualities that make Wenatchee unique!
"As we approach retirement, what better place to focus our time, energy and money than on our own community hospital. I'm proud to join this committee and contribute financially to the project because it's important we expand and upgrade our hospital to maintain the highest medical standards we have come to expect here in Wenatchee."
